Horseradish Dip

If you love horseradish, you’ll love this dip. My mom used to make this dip all the time when I was younger and I loved it. Now that dairy and are no longer friends, I’ve only sampled a small amount to make sure it was perfect. My husband and kids loved it. We enjoyed it with pretzels and veggies.

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz block of white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
5 – 6 oz horseradish (I use Kelchner’s – it’s the best!)

Using a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and cheddar cheese over medium-low heat until it’s melted. Turn off the heat and add in the mayo and horseradish. Mix well.

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with vegetables, crackers or pretzels.

The dip will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator … if it lasts that long!
