My air fryer has been getting a lot of use with my new way of eating. I’ve been making air fried chicken tenders (so good!) and experimenting with veggies. I’ve been wanting to make air fried raviolis and whipped together a batch of them for my kiddos and husband. It was a great way to experiment and have a delicious snack for them.
They’re super easy to make … just a few steps and less than 10 minutes in the air fryer and you have a great snack or appetizer! They’re perfect for the Super Bowl.
10 oz package mini ravioli (I had a container that was frozen and they worked out great)
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasonings
fresh ground pepper
In a small bowl, beat the egg and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip a frozen ravioli into the beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Turn to coat. Shake off any excess and place on the air fryer basket. Continue until the basket is full.
Cook the ravioli at 400 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Flip over the ravioli half way through cooking to brown both sides. Continue the process until all ravioli is cooked. Serve with a side of warmed marinara sauce.
