Dill is one of my husband’s favorite herbs and he is always asking for more recipes where I can incorporate it. I was looking for a new dip recipe to make for our Thanksgiving eve dinner and came across this one.
It’s super easy to make and so delicious. I also loved that it includes cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt) to increase the amount of protein as I’m trying to add more protein to my meals. Side note – if you have any recipes that are protein packed and delicious – please share!!
This recipe works great as a dip but also is delicious as a dressing for salads or on a chicken ranch wrap.

1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 Tbsp dried parsley (or 3 Tbsp fresh, chopped)
1 1/2 tsp fresh dill, chopped (stems removed)
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Dash of hot sauce, to taste
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
In a blender, add the cottage cheese and sour cream. Puree until smooth and creamy. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Transfer to a jar or container. Refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to come together. When ready to enjoy, mix and serve.
