My family loves baked brie and I’m always looking for new recipes to try. I usually make a version with brown sugar and pecans, but was searching for a savory recipe and found this one. It’s so simple, delicious and so pretty – perfect for your next holiday party. The creamy brie goes great with the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and a little bit of freshness from the parsley – it’s the perfect bite!
4 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 wheel of brie
1-2 Tbsp fresh,chopped parsley
crackers or baked pita chips for serving
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes and garlic with some of the tomatoes. Place your brie on a parchment-line baking sheet and top with the garlic and tomato mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt and get gooey. Remove and top with the chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
