I love fall – the cooler weather, snuggling in blankets and all the comfort food to enjoy. I make a lot of soups during the fall months and thought it would be great to share my four favorite fall soup recipes.
Pinto Bean Tortilla Soup – The plant-based soup is super filling and full of flavor. It can easily be topped with cooked shredded chicken if you prefer.
Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup – The soup is creamy and packed with chicken, vegetables and wild rice. It was delicious – even better as leftovers!
Instant Pot Butternut Squash Soup – This soup is delicious – it tastes like fall in a bowl. It had those deep flavors of the curry; it was warm on the back of my throat and was creamy even being dairy-free.
Instant Pot Hamburger Soup – Using the Instant Pot, this soup was ready in a short amount of time – it’s perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. The broth is delicious– it’s a slight tomato base with beef stock.
What’s your favorite soup? I’m always looking for new recipes to try out and would love recommendations from followers. Share with me in the comments!
