EBBS Baked Ritz Crackers

I had a box of Ritz crackers that was a little stale and wanted to find a way to use them up before they weren’t able to be enjoyed. I saw a couple recipes for seasoned baked crackers and thought I’d give it a shot. OMG…they are sooo good! I think these are going to be a regular snack in our house.

They were so easy to make – 4 ingredients and about 45 minutes are all you need! You could easily change out the seasonings and make them whatever flavor you’d like. These were good with sliced cheese and hummus.

3 sleeves of Ritz crackers

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, add the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning mix. Stir to combine. Add the crackers and gently fold to coat the crackers.

Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheets in an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes and then flip over. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool 20 minutes on the pans before enjoying. Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
