Do you ever buy a bunch of bananas for your kids … and then they don’t eat them? It happens ALL the time in my house and I’m always looking for recipes to use them up. I decided it was time to add them all to one blog post to make it easier to find something delicious to make.
The first thing I always do is freeze several. My daughter likes to make acai bowls and these are great to throw in a blender. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Peel several bananas and place them whole on the baking sheet. Freeze overnight and then transfer to a freezer bag to have on hand whenever you need them.
